From maintenance calls to a full-service contractor

Seagull Services W.L.L was founded in Bahrain in 2020. Today we deliver building renovation, design painting, waterproofing, plumbing, interior fit-out, metal fabrication and industrial supply.

Our story

Seagull Services was founded in 2020 with a simple idea: building owners in Bahrain wanted one reliable company they could call when something needed fixing, and a team that would still answer the phone after the job was done. Our first work was day-to-day maintenance, painting and plumbing for villas and residential properties, carried out by our own trades.

That work earned repeat clients, and the jobs grew. Maintenance calls became renovation projects, then full building renovations for institutional clients, including a GP clinic for the Bahrain Defence Force and the Budaiya Center. We built specialist teams for design painting, waterproofing and HDPE, PPR and UPVC plumbing, and added metal fabrication and interior fit-out.

Our team

The people behind the work

Seagull is a hands-on team. The people who visit your site, price the job and run the work are the same people you deal with until handover. Our core roles are held by our own staff, and every crew on site, including hired labour, works under our own supervisor.

Management

The directors price every job personally and stay involved from site visit to handover, so decisions are made quickly.

Project engineer

Plans the technical side of each project: method statements, material approvals, quality checks and coordination with consultants.

Site supervisor

Runs the site every day, leads toolbox talks, enforces safety rules and is your first contact while the work is in progress.

Skilled trades

Our own painter and plumber specialise in design painting and HDPE, PPR and UPVC plumbing, and set the standard for every crew.

Accounts & administration

Prepares quotations, invoices and project documents, so you receive clear paperwork on time.

Extended workforce

For larger projects we mobilise additional skilled labour and specialist crews, all working under our own supervision.

As the contracting side matured, we started supplying the materials we knew best. Our trading division sources pipes, valves, fittings and consumables for the oil and gas, petrochemical, power generation and water treatment sectors, and we are a registered vendor with Bapco Energies.

Today we work for the Bahrain Defence Force, the University of Bahrain, government ministries, leading companies and private owners across the Kingdom. The principle has not changed since the first maintenance call: we price the job clearly, supervise it ourselves and stand behind the result.

Health & safety

Everyone goes home safe

Safety is planned into every job before it starts. Our supervisor is responsible for safety on site, and every worker, including hired labour, follows the same rules.

PPE on every site

Helmets, safety shoes, high-visibility vests, gloves and eye protection are issued to our team and required on every job.

Risk assessments & method statements

We prepare a risk assessment and method statement before work starts, and follow the client’s permit-to-work system where one is in place.

Daily toolbox talks

Our supervisor briefs the team at the start of each day on the tasks, the hazards and the controls in place.

Safe work at height

Scaffolds and ladders are inspected before use, with guardrails and harnesses wherever the work requires them.

Hot work control

Torch-on waterproofing and welding are done with fire extinguishers on hand and the area checked after work.

Occupied buildings

In clinics, campuses and homes we barricade work areas, keep access routes clear and clean up at the end of every shift.
